Nursing Team

Erlynn Gill Haberman, RNC, MSN
Infertility Nurse Coordinator / Blue Bell
Erlynn has a nursing degree from the University of Delaware and a Masters degree in Health Care of Women from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining RMA of Philadelphia, Erlynn served as IVF Nurse Coordinator at Albert Einstein Medical Center for seven years. Erlynn is certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing. 

Robin L. Hahn, RNC
IVF Nurse Coordinator / Willow Grove 
Robin is a graduate of Northampton County Area Community College.  She is certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing, and has been working as an IVF Nurse Coordinator since 1987.

Denise Cunningham, RN
Willow Grove
Denise is a graduate of the School of Nursing at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She has been part of RMA of Philadelphia (formerly Northern Fertility) since 1991, and has extensive experience in OB-GYN nursing.

Rhonda Biedlingmaier, RN, MSN
Center City Philadelphia
Rhonda graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters Degree in Maternal Child Nursing and practiced as a Certified Nurse Midwife for several years. She worked as the Nurse Coordinator for the University of Utah IVF Program for six years before moving to Pennsylvania. Rhonda joined the RMA of Philadelphia team in August 2008.

Debbie is a graduate of the School of Nursing at LaSalle University. She has a background in medical-surgical nursing.

Kelly Graves, RNC, MSN,CNM
Langhorne
Kelly has been working in Women’s Health her entire nursing career. She graduated with her BSN from Thomas Jefferson University in 1978,  and entered the Army Nurse Corps where she became an OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner.  She left active duty to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing (Nurse Midwifery)at the University of Pennsylvania.  Kelly continued in the Army Nurse Corps Reserves for another ten years, retiring as a Major in 1995.  Kelly came to the field of infertility in 1992 when she joined  The Women’s Institute/ Pennsylvania Reproductive Associates(PRA). There she worked in all aspects of IVF and Third Party Reproduction . When PRA closed in 2007, Kelly joined Reproductive Science Institute(RSI) in Wayne, PA as a nurse practitioner working closely with IVF patients at Valley Forge Surgical Center where ovum retrievals and embryo transfers are currently being done for the RMA patients.  Kelly is very excited to be part of the RMA-Philadelphia team where team work, patient support and advocacy are embraced.  Kelly is nationally certified in Women’s Health Care and in Reproductive Endocrinology, and an associate member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.  She has given lectures on Third Party Reproduction at national conferences, spoken about fertility preservation for oncology patients at Oncology nursing conferences, and was the Joan Jack Guest Lecturer, sponsored by Serono, at the European Society of Reproductive Medicine Annual Meeting in Madrid, Spain in 2003.  Kelly is very excited to be part of the RMA-Philadelphia

Janice has been with RMA of Philadelphia for 10 years, assisting patients in coordinating IVF treatment cycles.  She is an expert in insurance verification for IVF services and in helping guide patients through the complex financial issues associated with IVF treatment.
